Policies & Procedures

What is expected of my clients:

Clients will arrive on time, if more than 10 min late, will be rescheduled.
Clients disclose all health information on intake form & update it when necessary.
24 hour cancellation is appreciated so I can fill the spot.
Good hygiene.
Can’t be under the influence of alcohol.
Payment is required at time of service.
Let therapist know if pressure is too deep or not deep enough, for your best results.
Non smoking and non swearing area.
Come prepared to relax.
Sexual harassment is not tolerated. If any sexual request is made, massage will end and client is still charged full price of massage.

What clients can expect from me:

Clients will have my 100% focus
Clients will receive a massage for their needs.
Clients are treated with respect and dignity.
Privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
All equipment and supplies will be clean and maintained.
Good hygiene and professional look.
Clients will be draped at all times.
No sexual conduct of any kind.
If I need to cancel I will give you as much notice as possible and a discount off your next visit.
I will stay up to date on education and give clients the best treatment possible.
